The location and the space

Broken oven, would suggest more cooking utensils e.g scissors, trays etc. maybe some patio furniture, utilise the back garden space

Bij aankomst vonden we de vakantiewoning heel gemakkelijk. De woning beschikt over alle nodige voorzieningen en bood meer dan voldoende slaapruimte. Ook het aanwezige keukengerief was praktisch en handig in gebruik. De ligging in een rustige buurt maakte ons verblijf extra aangenaam en zorgde voor de nodige ontspanning. Daarnaast was de eigenaar vlot bereikbaar, wat vertrouwen gaf. De woning is bovendien een ideale uitvalsbasis om de ruime streek te ontdekken, wat ons verblijf erg veelzijdig maakte.

Enkele kleine verbeterpunten zouden het verblijf nog aangenamer maken. Zo was er geen koffiemachine aanwezig (of niet direct gevonden), wat voor sommige gasten misschien een gemis kan zijn. Daarnaast vertoont de woning hier en daar kleine opknapwerkjes, maar deze zijn alvast niet storend.

Great location, spacious area, clean overall! Loved the aesthetic of the house!

Not much of a problem for me but quite a bit of stairs for those who dislike stairs! Bed felt not as comfy but that’s my opinion! Others didn’t complain as much

"Very comfortable stay in a lovely property."

The property is in a quiet road a short way from Bath city centre, with parking for 2 cars, and a bus stop within 5 mins walk for buses that go into town. The house is very airy and spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a back garden. We were only there 2 nights, for a nearby wedding, so didn't cook much, but the kitchen seemed well equipped with lots of crockery and cutlery. Station Road is a few mins walk away and has a Spar shop, a deli, and a couple of cafes. The property would be a great base for a longer stay. The owner responded quickly to questions and messages, and was very welcoming.
