Super de transfer vanaf het vliegveld, en dat je opgehaald wordt door het personeel dat was wel heel fijn anders was het voor ons wel lastig te vinden geweest het drukke medina. Het personeel is echt super aardig en behulpzaam, dank jullie wel. Jullie zijn de hoge waardering en recenties zeker waard.

L'établissement applique 3.5% de frais sur les paiements par carte bancaire. Dommage que cela ait été annoncé lors du règlement.

The property was very well maintained and clean and well taken care of. Youssef, our host, made sure that we had the best time during our stay. We requested him to put an extra bed for a last moment change in our trip, even requested him to prepone the breakfast due to our activities in the city and book transport to the airport. All of these were done by him without any hassle. Youssef really took great care of our needs simultaneously handling requests of other guests in the riad. Highly recommended for budgeted high standard stays within the Medina. The property had all the services like air conditioning, clean bed sheets, towels, 24*7 hot water, jacuzzi and picturesque garden in the rooftop. It was a 5/5 experience and we are lucky to have found such a gem.

We do not have any complains about the property as it was a lovely stay and would love to visit again.

Es war absolut ruhig, zum Schlafen optimal. Die Lage ist auch gut, in 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an allen wichtigen Stätten der Medina. Wenn man das Hotel verlässt, ist man nach kurzem Weg mittendrin im Medina-Leben. Sehr authentisch und etwas „einfacher“ als im touristischen Zentrum. Uns hat das gefallen.

Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht aber teils schwerfällig. Frühstück (8-10 Uhr)wurde erst zubereitet, wenn man am Tisch war und das dauerte dann. Für die Abreise haben wir das Frühstück für 8:00 bestellt, das hat dann funktioniert. Es fehlt ein wenig an Aufmerksamkeit im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Das Hotel in einer Seitengasse ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Man geht ca. 300m mit Koffer über Pflaster, war für uns kein Problem.
