Sehr schöne, zentral liegenden Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war sauber und angenehm. Schlüssel Abgabe und Annahme 24 Stunden lang. Das ist klasse.

Leider ließen sich die Fenster nur sehr schmal auf Kipp öffnen. Im Sommer mit Sicherheit nicht angenehm. Bei Benutzung des Toasters sprang der Rauchmelder an. Der ist dort wohl fehl am Platz.

"Great stay and good value but some really obvious/easy fixes that let it down"

This is the second property in this block that we have stayed in (previously in 50 Annandale). The location is always great for Edinburgh. Quick 20min walk into Princes Street and plenty of food and drink nearby. The area is safe and secure and the properties are warm and of a recently built standard.

There is always an absence of instructions for rubbish disposal and despite asking for this information it is never provided. This property, unlike the previous stay we had, was not as clean and could really have done with a quick refresh to make sure it worked. There was food stains on the cushions in the lounge, toothpaste splatters up the wall in the en-suite and a broken door handle to the second bedroom. We also found the kitchen to be full of lots of left over food from previous guests and just in need of a good clean. We also found a left over pill/tablet within the coaster caddy which, had we have been staying with a small child, could have proven quite dangerous. There are so many little things that could easily enhance a stay here and I really wish that the management company would “road test” a night at the property so that they could understand these. Suggestions: - information on rubbish disposal for the building - wash the fabric cushion covers or check them regularly - replace the lounge curtains as tbh these were awful to close each day - deep clean kitchen and remove nonsensical/disused food stuffs - fix door handle to second bedroom - television is on its last legs so will need updating soon - placemats for the table - fix loose plug socket in main bedroom

"Excellent"

The location is not far from the main Leith Street (only 5 minutes' walk) and it is a quite and safe place to stay. Facilities are sufficient.

Some kitchen utensils (cutlery) and the bathtub (the tap and shower)of one of the room need to be renewed and repaired. The outer door handle of one of the room was broken.
