Nice and quiet place near Playa del Carmen. We had a car so we didn't have a problem there, but without a car I can't rly imagine that. And btw there are cats scratching door if you don't feed them, so I recommend buying some cheap food for them 😂 but they are lovely!! 😊

WiFi isn't rly good for work and signal there isn't good as well..

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, cozy and quiet. The kitchen was equipped well enough and the location is convenient for driving around the island. Really good value for money.

WiFi didn’t work and the property overall looks unfinished

"Wonderful, private little cave-style studio apartment"

The location was incredible, with a gorgeous sea view to wake up to. It’s remote and feels very private. It’s gated which made the place feel secure. Good communication with the host who was super helpful throughout our stay.

I’d recommend white bedsheets as they feel cleaner and better pillows for a better night’s sleep. It would have been nice to have the cleaner come around during our stay to keep up the cleanliness of the place. I would also recommend brighter lighting as it often felt quite dark in the room.
