USUSThe actual location of the apartment was so unclear that we spent 45 minutes at the wrong one trying to open the door. The address was listed as 1930 Mayfair Park Dr. #102. so we went to that address via waze, and this brought us to building 1930. we tried to get in apartment 102 in that building for 45 minutes. Our phones would not unlock the door as directed. After being on hold with your customer support for 30 minutes, the rep said the correct apt was building 60, apt 315. What? then why was the property location listed as 1930 Mayfair park dr, #102?? We drove around the complex and there’s NOT a building 60. We finally decided to see if building 3460 had an apt 315. It did and that ended up being the correct one. How in the world were we supposed to know that the apt was in building 3460? This was not the address listed!
