Hi there, thank you so much for everything, this apartment exceeded our expectations! Everyone was fantastic and we love here, we will definitely be back next year to stay for a week at least ! Only thing that needs improvement is the hot water for shower, as it gets cold after 5 minutes, and the water drainage in the shower room is not working well which will damage your property in long run.

Everything was perfect! The location is amazing, close to everything you need. The place has all the essentials and is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Az apartman teljesen olyan volt, ahogy a fenyképeken látszott, így a várakozásainknak tökéletesen megfelellt. Tudatosan választottuk ezt a nyugodt és csendes környezetben levő szállást, ami 10-15 percnyi autóútra van a sziget központjától és 5 percre San Andres településtől és a sziget egyik legszebb strandjától (Playa de Las Teresitas). A saját strand, az óceánra néző erkély és a hullámok hangja teszi a tiszta és felszerelt apartmant tökéletessé.

Nem volt ilyen, néhány új konyhai edény és a mosogatógép elhasznált felső tálcájának cseréje majd szükséges lesz, de ezek nem igazán hangsúlyos dolgok.

Czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament z pięknym widokiem na ocean i prywatną plażą. Na plus parking na dachu, na którym zawsze są wolne miejsca - ale nocleg w tym miejscu tylko z wynajętym samochodem. Na wyposażeniu cały sprzęt plażowy, mnóstwo ręczników, pralka, wszystko co niezbędne. Przyprawy, herbaty, środki czystości. Nowy stół i krzesła na tarasie. Jedyne co warto przemyśleć - jeśli lubisz spać w ciszy, to przy falach oceanicznych nie zaśniesz.

Panoramic sea view, private beach, clean apartment and building

No English communication, 80% of tourists are English speakers in Tenerife, still owner communicates only in spanish which nobody understands other then the spanish. Owners must understand that their income is gained from tourists. First entry was a nightmare with instructions in spanish, several codes and safe systems, and gates and doors with electronic touch coin that doesn't work. Very bad entrance and gate system, we were blocked out several times, our car had to be parked outside on the rocky road for 3 days as the gate did not open, once we got blocked out in the middle of the night and we could not get in with the car thru the gate, no help if you are blocked out, no phone number of any gate service to call, no instructions in english, no english instructions with wifi, only 15-20 liter boiler, the hot water runs out at first shower, second has to wait for an hour to have hot water again to be able to shower. Furniture is cheap and old, outdated, balcony furniture is a broken down crap. Mattress is a nightmare, used and worn in the middle with a ditch so your spine and back will be in pain all night. Avoid this apartment!!!!
