Great location, close to tram stop and shop across the road

Thought towels and bedding had a damp smell.

Very clean and spacious apartment, had everything we needed and bed was SO COMFY! Tram station is an easy 5 mins walk away and car park was easily accessible. Host was so friendly and very quick to communicate if i had any questions. Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay in Manchester. Thank you :)

The accessibility of getting into the property but more the contact. I did not receive the information after booking and called the number available. I was welcomed by a friendly voice and a very helpful member of staff. She kept in contact with me until I reached into the property. The property itself was gorgeous aswell. It's just like the photos. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and I would definitely stay here again!!

This property's location is brilliant if you're wanting to watch cricket at Old Trafford for a few days. We walked to the ground in round 15 minutes. The apartment looked as we expected from the photos, with a good sized living room/kitchen, and both bedrooms a decent size. The ensuite in the master bedroom had an excellent walk-in shower, and the family bathroom (used by the occupants of the second bedroom) had an over-bath shower - which could be an issue if you're not sprightly. We had some issues with the property, but most importantly these were resolved with grace and efficiency by the host. We kept in contact and she agreed to see us at the property to sort the issues out, which was by far the best way to sort them. We didn't use the cooking facilities so I cannot comment on these. Our experience highlighted how important it is for guests to feed back all issues to the host - the host does not stay in the accommodation, so will not know of issues unless told.

The property had insufficient crockery and cutlery for 4 of us on arrival - but our host supplied these readily once she was made aware. I can only assume that it's rare for 2 couples to stay there. The mattress in the master bedroom was in my opinion "tired"- it was a bit lumpy especially where you have to sit on it to get in and out. Again this was pointed out to our host. A major issue with a door handle will I am sure have been sorted out as priority by the time you read this. The fridge, whilst capacious and efficient, was a pain to open until you got the hang of it! My only other criticism is the lack of bedside lighting - I know it's not a necessity for everyone, but it's something I appreciate when reading in bed.

We had an absolute fantastic time. The instructions were amazing, so was the apartment! So clean and beautiful n refreshing. Cant wait to come back what a wonderful, safe and professional place
