Great price . Easy booking in with door code. Very generous size room , fridge. Cooffe machine Tv, small sofa. Very nice bathroom. Onlt 10 mins from train and the center.

I wished there was a plate bowl and cup. And cutlery.

The small treats in the room, the coffee machine, etc.- everything was perfect! I loved the room, the bathroom, and the communication. Check-in was smooth, and they were really communicative and helpful about everything, answering my questions and concerns. I recommend this place to everyone. The location was also great!

Quiet apartment. Super clean (they clean every day when you stay longer!), bed is comfortable, shower works just fine, just as the AC, the TV and WIFI.

This is a great space, the location is great, Bologna (centre) is a v walkable city and the Via S Carlo is a great location. I have previously spent time in Bologna and I certainly will be recommending this place, and hopefully using the space in the future. May I say that I feel this is certainly a place suited to a business traveller, maybe a couple. It is very practical, and extremely secure, which is important due to the nature of the location and the immediate access to the street. Excellent Air Conditioning too, very clean, good facilities, and the correspondence with the managing agent is prompt, helpful and very clear, whch provides a degree of comfort for those who may not be too familiar with the location.

I couldn't really find fault, it was what I required and I appreciate that. I would mention the noise of the cleaning (refuse) vehicles throughout the night and early morning can be an irritant. Also, the TV had an unstable signal, I did not really need it, but I do think for the price one should be able to expect access to a good TV service. Suggestion: I would think to have an international (power) adaptor on site.. it would just help because it is the sort of thing one can forget. I also would consider maybe a v v easy bus guide, as you can visit some beautifiul areas on the suburbs of Bologna, within 20/30 bus ride. Maybe think of a few good, interesting places to visit and leave a list. (I visited the Bar Osteria Ciccio, as I love football and this bar is affiliated to Bologna FC.. but the location is also quite magnificent. So this was nice, and it is the sort of trip that would not be on the traditional tourist trail.. maybe there are some other similar trips to suggest..?)

It was very beautiful. The location was great. A room with a gift of coffee and small cookies :) We would stay again if we went again. Additional note : The room was spotlessly clean. Additional note2 : In a very short distance there is an excellent pizzeria and an excellent croissant and moritozzi place.
