Villas Private Pool 5 min to Grace Bay

Enjoyed the private pool, lots of cookware. Hosts responded quickly but never provided any real solutions.

Prior to checking in we asked about coolers and stand up mirrors and were told they didn’t have those. Upon checking in- they indeed did have a cooler and 2 full body mirrors. Seems like the owners of the properties don’t know what’s the property offers and their communication with their property managers isn’t the best. At the very least should be knowledgeable about what’s provided in the reservation. Additionally although advertised as luxury & private it loses the luxury’s appeal when simple items such as laundry detergent and dish washer detergent aren’t provided (despite being told that it was), several door handles were missing, sliding doors didn’t align to the locks so we had to use a large stick to wedge them closed. The shower drains also drain extremely slow, the toilet just runs and runs and makes an awful noise all day, which was especially annoying when trying to sleep. One morning we woke up at 8am and a man was in the backyard cleaning the pool. This takes away from privacy and peace of mind because no one informed us. It was me and 2 other women staying there so not being aware a man would be on sight while sleeping and have access to the property brings up some safety concerns. We were able to look past the smaller discrepancies but this was a big deal for us. If you value privacy, luxury and peace of mind then this is not the place. If you want a decent place for a good price then this should do the trick.

I had an issue the owner of the property was there in minutes and fix the problem. There response time was amazing less than 5min whenever I reached out to them.
