The place was beautiful and the table mountain view was beautiful

The fact that there was a blockage on shower on our first night and we reported it but they didn't show up , instead the ask us to unblock it our selves telling us it's maybe our hair but it could be us coz we just arrived. The bed sheet were not clean ,they gave us 2 towels to use for 5 days . Second bedroom it happened we got staked inside coz it doesn't wanna open they come n help us but they didn't fixed it we had to call them again the following day . They come Wednesday .Poor service 👎

"Great stay, few minor things that can be improved."

The apartment. Secure parking. The stunning view of Table Mountain. loved the decor.

The prepaid water cut. The lift was not functional for most of our stay. no proper communication. very little cutlery. The paintings.
