Very spacious and quiet apartment

Parking was very tight There's a washing machine but the laundry detergent wasn't provided :(

Appartement propre et calme

Der Parkplatz im Innenhof hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Umgebung und die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig. Der Stadtbus hält quasi vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und vor allem sauber geputzt. In der Küche findet man eine verhältnismässig sehr gute Ausstattung, nur einige wenige Gewürze mehr hätten wir uns gewünscht. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung wirklich perfekt, vor allem wenn man es gerne etwas ruhiger mag und einem die 20-25 Minuten in die Stadt (zu Fuss) nichts ausmachen.

Leider roch es im Kühlschrank/Küche ziemlich stark nach Fisch, aber dafür werden wohl unsere Vormiezer verantwortlich sein. Eine richtige Bettdecke wäre ebenfalls schön gewesen (war halt nur die typisch südliche, sehr dünne Bettdecke vorhanden.

If 10 is the biggest grade I can give a property, then Mila254 deserves an 11. Not only for the fact that it is spacious, modern, equipped with new appliances, well positioned in La Spezia, with a very useful parking lot in a secured inside yard and a lovely master balcony facing a beautiful pine tree. But mostly for the host, Roberta, who puts real passion in all she does regarding the apartment: from very chich and tasteful decorations inside, to complementary goodies offered for breakfast (she even bougt a carton of juice and one of milk for our child) and an excellent communication, showing nothing but kindness, friendliness and helpfulness. We will definitely return when we come back to Cinqurme Terre.

Roberta was a great hostess and helped us with everything we needed she made our stay felt like home

Everything was perfect. A tidy and nicely furnished apartment and a kind hostess. We appreciated the private parking in the enclosed courtyard.
