L'annonce Booking indique clairement que l'enregistrement s'effectue de 16h à 21h, mais suite à un problème personnel, je n'ai pu arriver qu'à 22h30. L'hôtel m'a appelé à 21h pour me prévenir que la réception était fermée et m'a gentiment invité à trouver un autre hôtel pour la première nuit. Et c'est dans cette situation que je me suis retrouvé ce soir-là a trouver un autre logement, fatigué après avoir parcouru de nombreux kilomètres. Cela a déjà gâché mon week-end. Je peux être d'accord que c'était ma faute, mais je ne comprends pas qu'un hôtel ne puisse pas résoudre un incident mineur comme celui-ci.

The reception staff although he spoke limited English and we spoke very little French (but thanks.to Google translate we got by!)we were given a tour of the property; where to park, breakfast location etc. He even recommended a lovely restaurant for our evening meal which was fab! Was made to feel very welcome which was lovely. Room was small but more than adequate. More importantly it was nice and clean. Breakfast although limited choice it was more than fine for us All in all a perfect stay and if we are in there area again we will not hesitate in booking!

The only thing we would have liked is a couple of extra pillows
