Everything was perfect. Alessandro was waiting for us at the airport, drove us to the apartment and answered absolutely all the questions we had. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is no more than a 15-minute walk from the station. Definitely recommend.

Alessandro is very kind, warm, and excellent with communication during our trip to Italy. We were picked up from Bergamo airport, and also sent to the Bergamo Train Station when we checked out to catch our train to Venice. The apartment is very clean and generously stocked with oil, salt, sugar for cooking, tea and coffee for a relaxing holiday. It also has Netflix on TV for the whole family, and it was very useful to have toys and books to keep our toddler entertained, since we travelled light. It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is also very well located, only 5 minutes walk to a shopping mall that has a pharmacy, optician (it was a blessing as I forgot my contact lens, and had to buy some from there) and a Conad superstore where we could buy groceries (just follow Google Map for Conad Superstore). I also enjoyed breakfast at the cafe there that served gorgeous Lavazza coffee and croissants, and we also tried the Schnitzel there one evening, all at a reasonable price. Overall, Alessandro's hospitality made our stay very enjoyable and we felt very well looked after - Alessandro also recommended some delicious restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend anyone, especially if you are a family like us, to stay at Alessandro's place because it would make your trip a lot less stressful with the personal transport journey to his cosy and comfortable apartment.

An excellent choice to stay in Bergamo. THe area itself is quiet, there is a small grocery store across the road and a huge supermarket 10 mins walk from the flat. Children had nice time in the park (7 mins walk), which has a big playground. The apartment itself has everything you might need (even the olive oil was there, thank you Alessandro), so we were able to cook. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which was handy. Rooms are very spacious and they have desks should you need to work. Overall we were very happy during our stay. Alessandro collected us at the rail station and brought us to the airport, which was a huge help. Its also very easy to get to the city centre by bus. We would definitely stay again.

Big, clean apartment, with all necessary equipment. Location was great, there is also a small supermarket right behind a corner. Alessandro picked us from the airport.

Shower. Water flows very hot and suddenly very cold and this loop repeats all the time in 10 seconds intervals.

Super accommodation with great facilities, in an excellent location, would not hesitate to book again if I find myself in bergamo, free airport shuttle too and from the airport which is a massive bonus and takes the headache out of booking taxis, or catching a bus would just like to say a big thanks to Alessandro for accommodating us it was a pleasure staying at your apartment.

We would like to thank Alessandro for his great cooperation during the whole stay! He picked us up at the airport, communication with him was lovely from the beginning till the end and he definitely made our stay more special. The apartment was very nice and comfortable with all needed amenities. There are several bus stops near by and it has a cosy balcony.

We had a wonderful stay! Antonio was super nice and he picked us up from the airport (for free) which was amazing because we had a very late flight. At departure he drove us back to the airport as well. The apartment is very nice and spacious and has everything you need.
