Everything about the hotel..location,safety,and ofcos the staff was very helpfull..the alfamart just beside the hotel,polluxx mall behind the hotel..walking distand to morning breakfast cafe n any other fast food like mcd..great location and luxury..

Loved this place, I was little suspicious about staying here because I didn’t see many reviews but it was awesome. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and would dry up easily. They even let me stay for 2 hours more at an extra cost of 20% which seemed quite reasonable. I forgot to collect my deposit so they texted me and sent it via PayPal. I couldn’t recommend it more, its walkable from the ferry station and the welcome to batam sign. If you don’t have a booking for sightseeing you can walk upto the ferry station and hire and cab, they are quite reasonable as well.

It's clean & comfortable. Serve the purpose which is to rest. All of the appliances are in good condition. There's a full size fridge in my room which is excellent for us as travelers when we need to keep our foods from being exposed on the desk. The price is also reasonable due to all of the amenities given. I really hope that they have rooms with queen size bed though. 😊😊 The convenience store downstairs is a big surplus!

The cafes or restaurants surrounding it are a bit pricey if u compare them to other places in Batam which is understandable because their target market are tourists. If you are driving & need to park there, you need to pay for parking not per entry but per hour. Just imagine how much you need to pay if you are staying there for days. 🤭🤭 I dont this place is suitable for you if you are bringing children because they have "silent hour" from 8.00 pm till morning which is a bit inconvenient.

The place is clean. There’s a convenience store right next to it and also there’s a bigger store inside the mall behind the hotel. Around 100m from the hotel there’s a lot of franchise restaurant/bakery, and around 200m there’s a big food stall area. Easy to find any kind of food, including veg/vegan options. The front door is locked at 10 PM so it’s safe. Multiple room type choices, but this one with bunk bed is great for 2pax. The receptionist are helpful and communicative. Definitely coming back here.

Hopefully the cafe at the 3rd and 4th floor gonna finished soon so I can hangout over the in my next stay.

staff gave recommendations and provided luggage storage in the daytime. definitely best value for money

hot water ran out in about 10mins in the daytime, might be because everyone was showering before checkout lol
