L’appartement que nous avons eu ne correspond pas aux photos, c’était un autre. Cuisine très mal équipée, il manquait les choses les plus essentielles : torchons de vaisselle, passoire… À divers endroits de l’appartement, dont la salle de bain, il y avait des taches (les couettes également). Le BRUIT ! Appartement très mal insonorisé et située dans une rue à haute circulation, simple vitrage des fenêtres, du coup elles restaient fermées.

La calle es fea, sin ningún ambiente, a 10 mins andando hasta la playa de estoril. Subir a casa de la playa incómodo pues es todo cuesta arriba. El apartamento muy muy básico, Una habitación diminuta y la otra muy simple. Las camas muy pequeñas y la almohada como un papel. No tiene aire acondicionado y por las noches mucho calor. Abrir las ventanas sólo servía para oír el tráfico de la calle. No volvemos.

our experience was far from satisfactory. There wasn’t even a fan in the entire place, making it quite uncomfortable. The kitchen was very dirty, which was disappointing and unhygienic. Additionally, the location was very noisy and finding parking was difficult. We were aware of these issues beforehand, so they weren’t a surprise, but they added to our overall discomfort. What made us cut our stay short and spend an extra £2,000 on another accommodation was the fact that the owner forgot to pay the water bill, resulting in the water company cutting off the supply to the apartment. With two small children staying with us, this was completely unacceptable. Although the owner claimed to have paid the bill immediately after, this kind of oversight is inexcusable. Booking.com only refunded us for the days we did not stay, which was quite disappointing given the stress we experienced in finding another place and having to pack and move around. Overall, this experience was highly stressful and unpleasant. Do not stay here.
