I did not have internet and signal. The apartament was disgusting and the smell was horrible and not ventilated

Everything is good! Perfect for a group of friends, also is amazing having two bathrooms. It’s big, inside a residential and well located. You have a supermarket just 5 min walking. And it’s free parking lot what it’s amazing.

All was good, but just consider renting a car because it’s a big city so the city centre is far away walking.

So many disappointing moments (described below), that can't see anything positive.

Basically the flat did not correspond to what was advertised: 1) The parking was not private but public on the street. In public space supposedly for residents but we found every night with problems to park. We had a special need because we were 8 months pregnant with 2 small children. That's why we looked for accommodation with private parking. 2) The bathrooms lacked curtains or screens for showering and especially the first bathroom next to the entrance flooded the whole flat. 3) We chose a non-smoking flat, especially because of my pregnancy, but the day we arrived there was a strong smell of tobacco. And the following days it smelled very damp. 4) An flat advertised for 6 people and there were only 2 chairs. One of them with a broken backrest that I almost fell off and I had to make an unexpected effort in my pregnant state. 5) The crockery and kitchen utensils were not enough for 6 people. 6) Towels stained probably by previous guests and reasonably so because there was no mop, dustpan or any basic cleaning element (brush, etc.). 7) You only have to look at the welcome sign to see the state of neglect and abandonment. On the same day of arrival we opened a complaint through Booking service, but they reply several days latee and finally didn't give us any satisfactory solution.
