I visited the apartment on the second-to-last day of my 4-night reservation and decided not to stay due to the overall condition of the property. The place was clearly neglected: damaged and stained furniture and textiles, dirty walls, opaque shower glass, a rusted shower shelf, and visible dust throughout the apartment. I did not feel comfortable staying there even for one night. I took photos for documentation purposes, left the keys in the designated place, and left without causing any damage. Later, I privately informed the owner that I would not be staying. I did not threaten any negative review or mention publishing any photos. The response from the host was extremely inappropriate. I was falsely accused of damaging the property and threatened with legal action, reputational harm, and the publication of my personal data. This behavior was intimidating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This was a deeply disturbing experience in terms of both accommodation standards and guest safety. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious.

Lovely big room and convenient location as a stop off on our Sicily Divide trip. Great to have use of a basic kitchen too

The bed needs to be fixed as the headboard moves and is noisy and kept us awake most of the night. Also, the breakfast was very very basic so you’ll need to go out for breakfast or buy something in.

La struttura è collocata strategicamente in pieno centro e a pochi km da Selinunte. Si tratta di un intero appartamentino, stile casa vacanza, assai spazioso e pulito (2 camere + bagno e balconcino). Il bagno era piccolino (niente bidet), ma razionale. Il mobilio è stile casa della nonna. La dotazione della cucina è più che essenziale, per chi volesse mangiare in struttura (un fornellino elettrico, un fornetto, un piccolo frigo; niente strofinacci!). Il luoghi dove poter mangiare distano pochissimi minuti a piedi. I gestori sono stati assai gentili e disponibili e il prezzo era veramente conveniente.

La colazione era veramente misera e il letto cigolante. Ma la nota di biasimo riguarda il parcheggio. Nella presentazione si parla di "parcheggio privato gratuito": in realtà si tratta di una stretta stradina pubblica, in cui parcheggiare ad esempio un suv si rivela essere impresa particolarmente ardua.
