The appartement was realy clean and spacious. Two rooms with a small kitchen with basic appliances. Small balcony with a mountain view. Perfect location in the old part of Sambuca. Few minutes walk to the nearest café, restaurants and other facilities. Parking just outside the door. Smooth communication with the owner and staff on Whatssapp. Comes highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. Great location, fantastic contact with the host. Delicious breakfast at the local cafe included in the price. I honestly recommend this place!

The apartment is located in the very center of a beautiful town. Within a 5-minute walk there are cafes, bakeries and a very good pizzeria. The apartment is very spacious and air-conditioned.

No information on how waste is sorted and the days on which it is collected. A card with this information would be helpful

The owner has no humanity at all. Very creedy. We were driving by car almost 3500 km in 48 hours. Booked a room but accidentally we didn't notice at first that this place was very far from ports in Sicily (we had to drive ca 300 km more to this place and in the morning 300 km back to the port). We wanted to cancel it only couple of hours after booking and offered to owner to refund 75% (we didn't want all money back). But owner even didn't try to be cooperative. I know that it was our mistake, but we expected little be more humanity and understanding.
