The snug, Yapton, Arundel, West sussex

Perfect name for this small but very well equipped mini studio. Decent size shower cubicle with plenty of hot water. Kitchen area has 2 ring hob , microwave, toaster and air fryer and the largest micro fibre cloth we have ever seen. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and towels supplied. Perfect quiet location to explore south coast town’s Littlehampton, Bognor. We will definitely be returning.

Nothing really but would be nice to have a second chair for when couples like us stay.

Cosy and clean

It's compact but cosy and well set out.

Had to eat on the bed due to limited space but wasn't too bad. Also would be good to supply a dish cloth for washing up.

It was nice and clean . We could do a lot in the room with all the facilities .

Communication with the owner was good, quick to reply to messages. Good value for money. A very clean place. And it’s called the snug because it is very snug. Walking past the bed was a little hard however for a short stay it was manageable. There was a cot and a chair in the wardrobe and I was glad there was a mirror in there. Kitchen had everything you may need and there was milk in the fridge. Found storage under the bed too. I only stayed due to having to attend a family funeral and I would stay again. It’s in a nice neighbourhood, very quiet. Safe area and easy to access as there is a key safe outside. I would recommend staying in this place. And the owner likes to sing lol. Sad I didn’t get to meet the resident dog. There is parking directly outside the snug door.

I was cold. However I have worked out that the heating turns on in the morning (I think). Thin walls. I felt bad and awkward every time my baby cried as I felt like I would annoy the rest of the house. (The snug is a converted garage). Owner said it was okay. But still felt like I had to keep my baby quiet. And the floor is wooden so I assume they could hear every bang my baby made. No complaint. Just my own opinion.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed ideal for a weekend away. Parking on the drive outside. Easy check in as landlord sends code for the key safe. There was milk and water in the fridge and tea and coffee (even decaf) provided. If you need to use cooking facilities there is a two ring hob an air fryer and toaster. Everything you need. The shower gel and shampoo are lovely too.

Very straight forward, easy to park into, comfortable bedding. Nice shower and everything

The duvet is too heavy and can become very hot very quickly.
