GBVery clean, exactly as pictured. Nice touch leaving milk and cold water in the fridge. Clear instructions for arrival, and some clever use of the space.
The walls were thin - and conversations could be heard. Not noisy, just for awareness.
GBIt was great to have parking directly outside and easy access to the accommodation. The host was quick to respond to messages. Comfortable bed and good hot shower. Provided what we needed for a short stay.
GBGBThe location for us was excellent as we were visiting family in Felpham. There was an excellent bus service into Bognor and Chichester. There was parking available as well which we did not make use of because we travelled by public transport.

GBThe snug was exceptionally clean, great shower room and comfy bed. Towels and bed linen provided. The snug would be ideal for a single person on a business trip or short break. The kitchenette had a 2 ring hob, Ninja grill, microwave, fridge etc. Tea bags & coffee sachets, pint of milk. Nice size shower unit. Foldaway table & chair for one person. Parking right outside the front door and wall key safe for easy access. Other info: 2 great pubs within 5 to 10 mins drive. Not very far to drive to local beaches - West Beach was nice with parking, beach cafe, pebbles and plenty of sand. There was a chemist, shop and fish & chips not very far from the property, easy walking distance.
It was exactly as it said on the tin - snug. I would have liked a little more space for the 2 of us and a sofa or easy chair - but I couldn't fault the cleanliness, shower room and small kitchenette. It was a bit of a squeeze between the wall and bed coming in from the front door. The snug is in a residential area but it was quiet when we stayed there. House rules: no noise after 11pm. There is a locked interconnecting door between the snug and the main house so voices could be heard occasionally.
