The Moon Tashkent Hotel

Very nice modern hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

Overall experience was great. I felt the young lady staff member who checked us in was rude. We came as a big family with 9 adults and 4 toddlers under the age of 4 so check in took a while as 5 rooms were booked. When the staff member was speaking, she was speaking in a very angry tone and was not polite. The hotel has no lift; we had rooms booked on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Thankfully the hotel staff took our luggage up and down the stairs.

Very nice facilities for rest and visit city. Comfortable rooms. Poor breakfast, but nice restaurants walk around.

The rooms were clean. The staff were super helpful. They helped us in a late night check in. They have a decent breakfast. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good WiFi, hot water, laundry facility, and a good view. We rebooked the place when we came back from Samarkand

Slightly away, 2km, from the main market. But cabs are always available. The metro is 1.5km away. We walked to the metro most of the day.

location is in the center. room is clean. quiet.

staff do not speak english, need to ask for free mineral water, they will not put it in the room.

Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. Staff was great 🙂

Cleanliness is not on high level. There was a lot of hair on our bed, like they didn’t change the sheets from previous guests. There is no elevator.
