We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Pescara. It’s very spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms and a large living room that includes a well-equipped kitchen corner. The location is perfect—right across from the beach (just a road to cross), and only a short walk to the city center and the main train station, which was ideal for our day trips by train. One of the highlights was the apartment’s position slightly below ground level (with low-set windows), which kept it pleasantly cool even during a week of 30+ degree temperatures—there was hardly any need to use the air conditioning. Lastly, the host, Francesca, was exceptionally kind, always available, and very responsive.

The only minor downside was that the apartment is next to a park and it could be a bit noisy in the evenings due to people gathering there. However, it was never too disturbing and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Francesca and her family were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is large and in a very good location. We enjoyed also the time spent on the beach club owned by Francesca and her family.

Good location near the beach, public payable parking 10 minutes walk away or on the street if free spaces. Large apartment, well equipped and quiet location. Good wifi. Convenient to go to the beach and supermarket 5 minutes on foot.
