Alicia met me with the keys upon arrival. She was very helpful. The location is very good just a few metres from the beach and the promenade. The apartment was nice and bright with plenty of sunlight. There is a clothes washing machine inside the press at the entrance, there was enough warm water in the shower, a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. Plenty of kitchen utensils including an induction hob with proper induction saucepans etc.

This is not a problem with the apartment itself but they collect the rubbish from the square area near the apartment multiple times every night, as in one truck collects the glass bottles, another collects the recycling material and another collects the general waste EVERY night which means you get woken up multiple times during the night. The only issue with the apartment itself was that it was very difficult to lock the balcony door at night time. However, these were the only two issues and it is a very nice apartment and I would stay there again.

Location, close to coast, restaurants, Balcony to sit and view the sunset with a glass of wine - Quite location.

Overall the apartment seems to be well equipped, even though we didn’t use the cooking or washing facilities. Only problem there was only one wine glass and the two other glasses seemed to have been left by previous guests - few plastic shot glasses!!

INCREDIBLE price, location close to the Los Cristianos beachfront area. Comfortable living area, great shower. Definitely go to the grocery store immediately next door, pick up some supplies for bocadillos, and have breakfast on the balcony in the mornings!

Lack of supplies. The body wash and conditioner were empty, so we used the shampoo for everything. Only 1 roll each of toilet paper and paper towels. Only a couple mismatched drinking glasses in the cabinet.

Absolutely everything. The lady was so lovely and inviting and polite. Her property was clean, fresh has all essentials and is just very very nice . Up to date tv with everything needed (if you need the tv).

First visit in Los Christianos since 2008. Very much like we remembered. Centrally located, not "6.4 km from centre". From Arona, maybe? A 100 meters to Paseo Maritimo, and just a stroll to almost all parts of town. (Montaña Chayofita might be the one exception. From the balcony we daily watched the trekkers – as well as the habour and sunsets) Clean, light, modern/nicely refurbished and secure apartment. Good TVs, fridge/freezer and microoven.

Sun on balcony from early afternoon, but furniture there did not exactly invite for longterm use. That, and the toilet paper stand, are the only cons.

Perfect size for two. Very comfortable bed. Air con hose needs a cat flap, defeats the purpose having door open.

Hate coffee pod machine, would have preferred cafetière for two, tiny little one no good. Personal choice.
