When trying to reserve the place, the owner kept having “issues” with the payment. Tried 3 different payment types and nothing seem to “make the payment.” When i tried contacting the owner (called 3 times) never picked up the phone. I tried emailing nothing. When i got to the place the security said there was no reservation and in that moment, i received the 3 messages stating “invalid” payment. In front of the security we called the owner no one pick up. I feel like it was an embarrassment to go through that when the owner could of just email me stating they can’t reserve my stay for whatever reason. I never had an issue with booking.com nor with the reservations i have made. I love to leave great reviews but i feel what my family and i went through was not fair.
