The fact that they provided things for one person when I clearly booked for two people and the noise. I could barely sleep

The ambience

I arrived and got a blackout. There was no power backup and had to use my phone torch the entire night. Took a very COLD SHOWER. Was disappointed. They should think of an alternative power source.

Nothing. The building is in a terrible location with horrible surroundings . The facilities are old, the room was dusty especially on the wall bulb. So disappointed; above all what is shown in the app is different
