Steps to the beach!

The only plus of this apartment is the location. Very close to the beach!

The apartment is very old and looks totally different than on the photos. The windows are broken and it's impossible to open them. The apartment was dirty and not fully equipped. The dishes in the apartment were dirty and all the pots in the kitchen were destroyed. Because of that, even cooking water was a challenge. There is no place to store the wet dishes. The paint is peeling off the walls in the apartment. The elevator in the building is not working.

Location is excellent. Good for the beach in that part of Miami Beach and excellent access for public transportation, a coffee shop nearby and a grocery. Fair quality for value. No views in our unit, since the living room looked at a back patio and the bedroom window at an abandoned building. But plenty of light on the second floor in December. Host was excellent: We asked for a third chair since we were 3 people, and for a good cutting knife since none in the unit were good for that purpose. After offering a high stool or a chair, the host brought a wonderful chair that our senior member enjoyed, and a whole set of good, new cutting knives. Thank you for the service and the politeness!

The washer in the second floor (for all the neighbors) "ate" the money we put in the card without operating. A couple of neighbors tried to help as well but nobody was able to make the washer work on that floor. We found another washer and dryer on the third floor and they were working well.

Amazing apartment, exactly what me and my girlfriend needed for quick getaway Very responsive host, check in was a breeze And the best part its just across the street from the beach!!

Everything was perfect
