"お湯のトラブルがなければ快適な宿泊施設でした。"

部屋全体は雰囲気が良く、家族がくつろげる間取りでよかったです。

①初日の夜、お湯が出ないというアクシデントがあり、その日はシャワーにも入れず過ごし、翌日、現地確認の結果、メーター元栓が閉まっていたと判明し対応してもらいました。銭湯代は返金すると言われたが、夜遅くて銭湯には行かなかったので返金もなかった。 ②解錠方法のメール内容と現地の状況が違っていたので、混乱した。
