Great flat for spending a few days exploring Christchurch. Quiet and easy access to city.

Nothing to dislike.

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous apartment. It is so well equipped in the kitchen , with utensils , nespresso machine , dishwasher , and great oven . washing machine was handy too. Very comfy lounge with garden area / patio. The car park space was allocated to apartment we stayed in , right outside and we liked that the car park was private & secure with barrier. Jason sent good check in details and was in touch during our stay to check all was ok. We highly recommend this place , will stay here again. Thank you Jason.

Only one comment is that the ensuite shower room is small , but facility is still great , powerful shower etc.

Lovely apartment with parking right outside the door. Apartment had everything we needed. Great shower, fluffy towels. Nice little patio with outdoor seating catching the evening sun.

Nice and comfortable small apartment. Bathroom very small. No place to put toilet bag and creams. Soft bed.

Only thing I didn’t like was that they wouldn’t give us a late check out without charging more money

Reasonably functional room with kitchen facilities. Good location within walking distance of the town centre. Car parking. Make no mistake, though... I would not class this as a 'hotel'... more like a very distantly-managed serviced apartment. There's no reception - all matters being facilitated electronically (like the door entry for example). This is just fine if you have 'standard' needs, but as soon as you ask for something 'non-standard' 1 Bedroom City Base is the accommodation that says no.

Wanted more of a traditional hotel with the flexibilities that it would have provided. No facility to leave bags behind at reception on last day (would have been very useful). No extending check out even slightly without paying (also would have been useful). Left a kind of cold feeling. But probably just fine for many travellers.
