I would love more lighting in the kitchen. Also lessen the cleaning fee if we do half of the cleaning.

Comfy beds and living room. HVAC kept us warm and cool as needed. Great hosts!

Bathroom is a bit small but manageable.

Sheets were very soft & cozy

Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen is small (to be expected for when the home was built) but well stocked with what we needed. The apartment was a great value. We were able to bring our dog with us and utilize the easy access to the fully fenced backyard. The location was 5-10 minutes from everything we needed. Great value.

The shower is a bit short. Totally normal for when the home was built. But if you’re taller than average, it’s worth knowing ahead of time.

No breakfast just a coffee pot. Location good for walking as in a residental neighborhood

The yard needed mowing and water, the bathroom barely had enough room for one person and that was only when door was shut as the toilet was right there. The floors had some kind of coating that when wiped came back black, The windows couldn't be opened and had room a/c fans so none in the kitchen which got stuffy and had a back door to the other units. Washer and dryer were in the basement with steep stairs to get to.

I spilled some water in the kitchen and the bathroom. Wiped it up with paper towels and the towels turned grey. Floor need a deep cleaning. Voice and sound not synced on the tv. Decent price but would not stay there again.
