"Exellent stay would fully recommend this property Melanie goes out of her way to make you feel welcome"

The host Melanie was very welcoming updated us to say we would have a contential breakfast with the choice of a bacon or sausage roll which was perfect the room was lovely and clean the bed was very comfortable not had this in Blackpool before would definitely stay again when we return

What a wonderful find. From the moment we arrived we received the warmest of welcomes. The hotel is spotless and breakfast and facilities were 1st class only a minutes walk to the tram stop to take you to the centre. Our trip was 3 nights but we could easily have stayed longer. We came as guests and left as friends. Thank you Sean & Melanie, see you soon!

Gorgeous b&b, lovely host, lovely spacious room. Really comfy bed and great shower. Away from the centre which was my preference but easily accessible walking/tram/bus. Would most definately stay again.

The property was spotless couldn’t fault anything at all, the room was amazing and spacious, bed excellent , breakfast was super , Mel who owns it was a lovely host will definitely be returning
