Pas des petits déjeuner. Seulement un café et des biscuits rien d'autre!!!!! Le petits déjeuner n'ai pas compris dans le prix. Il faut penser a l'organiser par nous même.

Posto incantevole, host gentile. In stanza abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la colazione. Letto comodissimo. Arrivati di sera non abbiamo potuto apprezzare la bellezza del luogo. Al mattino non abbiamo potuto far a meno di apprezzare la pace e la bellezza del luogo.

We love every minute of our staying. Rosanna is the BEST host ever who pays attention to the details, considerate and caring. The room is impeccably clean & very comfortable. The capsule coffee is VERY tasty too! Be sure to relax on the terrace for having a cup of wine during the late evening. Highly recommended and will love to come back & stay again. Grazie mille dear Rosanna & Mario! 🙏❤️

"great place near Olbia"

great quiet location 10min outside of Olbia secure and big car parking comfortable bed and shower strong wifi signal and smart TV

more accurate description would be useful as it said that there is kitchenette, microwave, sofa.. when in reality there was none. Also it would be useful to put a trash bin

"It’s a great place to stay - especially if you travel with a cat."

The appartment had a great terrace and a beautiful garden. The room was well equipped with a proper coffee machine, selection of coffee, tea, milk etc. The host was very attentive and helpful.
