Fiore delle 5 terre

La struttura era abbastanza pulita. La signora, che non ho mai visto solo contatti su WhatsApp, era sempre disponibile.

Poca sicurezza. Chiusura rotta. Luce in bagno che lampeggiava non funzionante. Parcheggio lontanissimo,non 50 metri come credevo,in una zona poco sicura e buia.Due ventilatori uno non funzionante.

Biancheria da letto e asciugamani puliti Tramite il telefono e whatsapp la host ci ha dato tutta l'assistenza necessaria.

Posizionato, un casermato, molto trascurato il patio non utilizzabile , la struttura su una strada lunga senza nessuna panoramica, davanti i capannoni dei vari cantieri dietro la colina . Odore di stantio in camera e bagno. Abbastanza vicino alla La Spezia ma con il posto parcheggio da trovare se sei fortunato, davanti alla struttura c'è 1 posto solo, grazie ad altro ospite che ci ha lasciato il posto abbiamo potuto parcheggiare davanti Infatti il parcheggio su booking dice non disponibile ed è cosi

The location is not too good , you can hear the neighbors, and it is not too clean but for one night was ok

The place is nice and cheap.

The room is spacious, with kitchen inside and washroom is clean.

Location is not strategy, it is located far from city center. Bus is very less at night time, we couldn’t get the bus after 10pm (only one bus is available at 10+), and ended up we seek help from one of the hotel in city center to get the taxi, as there is strike going on most of the taxi stop working.

The property needs some maintenance and aircon installation in both bedrooms. As well as some basic cutlery and crockery so you can do your own breakfasts. It’s located opposite a high walled naval base, so no views but the location was great to reach everywhere we needed.

Overall finish was a little rough and lack of basic facilities held it back.
