Fantastic location in beautiful block. Three good bedrooms with good bathrooms

The kitchen is perfect for 1 or 2 nights but we were there for a week and there are only two hob rings and no oven so quite limited if you want to cook. Although plenty of good equipment. Unfortunately no pepper / salt / oil which I normally expect.

Our communication with Estela was truly exceptional. From the very first moment, she was attentive to every detail to ensure our stay was perfect. She was always available, responding almost instantly to any questions, and offering great recommendations for places to eat, sights to see, and even where to park if you have a car. As for the apartment – it's simply outstanding. Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It really feels like a home away from home, right in the heart of Gran Vía. The location couldn’t be better. The apartment features three generous bedrooms and two full bathrooms – a real bonus. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming. There’s an elevator, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with large suitcases, like we were. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the essentials are provided – shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and more. The kitchen is spotless and fully equipped with everything you need: cold drinking water, a coffee maker, plenty of plates, cups, cleaning supplies, and much more. This place is more than just somewhere to stay – it’s a space where you can truly feel at home. Highly recommended.
