location was fab kitchen very good modern appliances and practical

Smell that came from one of the bedrooms ensuite was terrible, couldn’t use that room, paint on walls marked and needed freshened up, grout in bathrooms needed dug out and replaced, drainage system was very loud, each time we used the shower the sinks and toiled bubbled, beds not comfortable, no fresh towels and we were there for four days

The location is great, we could walk everywhere and it’s very central if you wanna go shopping. it’s also very spacious.

The beds are very old and in one of the bedrooms the bed base is basically a stretcher. The mattresses need urgent replacement. From the bathroom came a really bad sewage smell, and the only trashbin in the whole apartment is in the kitchen.

10 minute walk to parking which is hassle if you have a lot of luggage. That was the only problem.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. There is also a bus stop out the front and it was super easy to get a taxi. The apartment was clean and is spacious with nice furnishings. Good value for money. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful.

The apartment is lacking some basic functional things like somewhere in the shower to put soap and shampoo and hooks for towels. Teabags, coffee and some milk could also be provided. The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. The door to the apartment complex is difficult to unlock and needs to be fixed- it was very annoying.

It's a very nice apartment, bedrooms with bathrooms, efficient air conditioning, close to many restaurants - Granada center. Good sound insulation - double windows. Nice welcome, no problem with english communication. Worth of its price.

Central location usually limits travel options. As I travel by motorcycle, I do not choose premises in the narrow streets of old districts - often closed to traffic. This apartment is on a large, very busy street with thousands of vehicles driving around the clock - probably only a few customers of a few apartments on this street are not allowed to enter it. This is absurd. The apartment staff advises you to leave the motorbikes far away and take a taxi. I would give the maximum rating for comfort and location if the staff would point some kind of stress-free route to one of the many underground public car parks I found in the immediate vicinity.

would have been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere and an info pack the only bin in the property was in the kitchen second bedroom not able to open double glazed windows and no hanging space for clothes main problem was the third bedroom. no space to walk around bed. ensuite to this room was really smelly and it permeated into bedroom. shower cubicle was small and very slippery so I had to use the main bathroom. we kept tripping up on loose tiles in corridor and lounge no water in fridge upon arrival we felt that the photos on line made the apartment look better than it really was. however we would like these comments to be taken as constructive so that this issues can be fixed and enhance future guest’s stays. we would like to emphasise again how helpful and friendly the management team was .
