The room is very tidy and spacious. Good location. The owner is very kind.

很舒服的小区，位置便利，便利店和餐馆比比皆是。房东夫妇一看就是利索人儿，房间收拾得超级干净，设施和用品也不错。另外跟民宿房东当面交接的体验国内少有。属于在阿拉木图住宿最舒服性价比最高的一次了。

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The host is very polite and helpful, the apartment is clean and spacious, has everything you need. It is not in the center of the city, but taxi here is affordable and fast. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Definitely recommend.

The best thing about this property was that we had the washing machine ! It was squeaky clean. Everything was top notch. Had a comfortable stay at the best price

Super cozy, new building, there is a playground and my kids love it, the owner was very nice and very kind. It’s near supermarkets, very clean. We enjoyed staying in this apartment. If we will be back in Kazakhstan I will still choose their apartment.

No Ac in the bedrooms but there is AC in the living room. We stayed in Kazakhstan for 6days and we booked 3 apartments and guesthouse and I noticed there is really no AC in the bedrooms in all the apartments we stayed.

The apartment fully matches the photos. It is bright, newly renovated, with comfortable beds and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are shops and shopping centers nearby.

Great host and the apartment was great too
