The apartment inside is very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It has underground parking too.

The apartment is in the basement and quite dark. There are almost no utensils in the kitchen for someone to cook. The few that are there are impossible to use because they are damaged and very dirty. The small balcony has never been cleaned.

Perfect conditions.Perfect location.everything was super.recommend it.Also the parking was no problem which was very important for us.

Spacious. High ceilings. Clean. The owner of the apartment was very kind and caring. Even in the late evening she helped us with parking and directions.

I don't understand how this apartment has high ratings. After every shower, we had to mop up water all over the place. The apartment never gets any sunlight—it's dark and gloomy. All the dishes were greasy and dirty, and the floors were filthy, clearly not cleaned. The chairs were broken, and to top it off, there were drops of blood throughout the apartment. It was awful and unbearable to stay there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Families with children should stay far away and not be fooled by the high ratings. The parking is shared, not private.

Cleaning could be a bit better. Design could be a bit better.

The location and the fact that is in a new buildings complex is nice

It was not clean. The floor felt dirty at each step and there were no products to clean it by ourselves.
