Caravan was as described- although showing some signs of wear and tear that is not in the photos, extras provided (dog food, teas and coffee, toiletries, washing up liquid, fan, etc), Plenty of facilities (hair dryer, hoover, iron, etc) wifi, private parking outside the caravan, Dogs welcome, complex which we used during the day without passes. Communication from the owner was great and housekeeper popped by to see if we needed anything.

If you like a big towel, bring your own. Outside sitting? Was some chairs but next to next caravan so unsure if provided- took our own camping chair instead.

Filthy sofa bed, and the two single beds are far too narrow to fit two slim girls. I do not see how this is advertised for 5 adults. Only 3 towels provided for 5 people. Would be a great cabin if advertised for 4 people, with the current double bed, an actual single bed rather than two tiny half beds, and a clean sofa bed.

Clean and comfortable caravan. Communication from property owner was fantastic. It was Nice to receive messages to check everything is ok and their housekeeper even popped by to welcome us and let us know to contact of needed anything, which i thought was lovely. The site had everything for families. The kids loved the swimming pool and Arcades. Perfect place for us single mums to take the children away for a few days. Friendly staff and very clean and tidy.

The cost of meals and drinks onsite were a little more pricey than I thought they would be. But entertainment was good.

A LOT! The property is neat and is spacious enough, facilities are excellent, parking space is next to the property, clean and well maintained property, wifi availability and brilliant host. The location is perfect as well as it is near the entrance, 3 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes walk to the arcade and activity area. You can also drive to Clacton on Sea to check more attractions for several minutes. Will definitely recommend and also come back to this. Cheers!

Lovely welcoming property, easy to locate on site. Staff were very friendly and kept me updated on everything prior to my stay. Parking is available, right next to property, too.
