La casetta molto confortevole !

La tv era rotta e il letto matrimoniale sprofondava ai lati .

La ubicación es muy buena! El apartamento es tal cual como aparece en las fotos y huele bien como primera impresión. La cocina tiene todo lo indispensable y está todo muy limpio. Si quieres ir andando a muchas zonas de interés, este sitio está perfectamente ubicado.

El televisor no sirve. El lavabo pierde agua y no advierten sobre ello. Mejorable: tomando en cuenta que hace frío pueden poner cobijas adicionales. Para los que quieren descansar sin ruido, tengan en consideración que en el piso de arriba hay un niño que hace ruido y se escucha bastante. Difícil aparcar cerca.

Cerca al centro

No tiene armario, ni cómoda donde poder dejar la ropa, las almohadas eran cojines incómodos, hacia frío y no había ni calefacción ni mantas adicionales, comunicamos que la TV no funcionaba y ni siquiera respondieron.

L’arredamento è nuovo e le host ci hanno fatto trovare del caffè in capsule per la colazione e gli asciugamani. La pozione. ottima e l’accoglienza delle host e stata perfetta che durante le vacanze sempre disponibili. I letti sono abbastanza comodi

Manca un armadio o degli appendini per apprendere le cose, ci sono delle crucce dietro lo specchio. La camera è molto piccola ma in generale la casa è ottima per 2-4 persone. Il tubo del lavandino perdeva e non è finestrato quindi durante doccia o altro rimane tutto in bagno se si chiude la porta o arriva nel salone. Non ci sono termosifoni o AC quindi c’era un pochino di freddo ma era sopportabile con le coperte Ho trovato il cuscino un po’ sporco

Great location, clearly, as it's in Alfama. Change of the towels and everything provided after 4 of days. (of course, the honour of getting some "extra" toilet paper ) Apartment looks decent overall, from design perspective.

Very strange behaviour of the company in charge of the apartment. I mean, I am travelling for over 10 years across the world but I never can understand hosts that don't distinguish between a 2 day rental VS one week rental. I don't want to enter in details but 2 toilet papers for 2 people for a week is not decent when someone rents the place for a couple hundred euro's. Also, having a scratched pan without at least some salt, pepper and some olive / normal oil in the kitchen doesn't mean it's a fully equipped kitchen. Not all people like to cook in their holiday, but if you say you provide a fully equipped kitchen in your offer, please do have the minimum things. Eating from that kind of pans is toxic... Didn't respond to messages after leaving so don't expect any invoices or something else.

Localização tranquila, silenciosa, espaçosa confortável e discreta, próxima de ótimos sítios da Alfama. Para chegar no apartamento será necessário caminhar um pouco entre escadas e becos.

A TV estava com a tela quebrada quando chegamos. O aparelho não foi reparado e nem trocado durante toda nossa estadia. Algum cheiro de retorno da instalação sanitária quando chegamos, após uso das instalações e abertura das janelas melhorou o cheiro.

The only positive thing about this place is its location – right in the city center, close to everything. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. Although the listing declares “parking available,” it turns out this means public parking only, which is extremely inconvenient and unusual for such a central area. The photos online are very misleading and don’t reflect the real state of the apartment. Everything looks much smaller and more cramped in reality. The entry door is so narrow that only a very slim person could pass comfortably. Inside, the living area feels downright claustrophobic – the ceiling is so low that an adult can easily touch the roof with a hand. The kitchen resembles a nuclear shelter: dark, airless, no window, narrow door. The “sofa” maybe fit one child, and even then, there’s a gap right in the middle. The bathroom is moldy, and the toilet is squeezed into a tight corner that makes using it almost a physical challenge.

La casa muy bien, había dos cápsulas de café para desayunar. Estaba muy bien dotada: tenía secador, plancha, toallas…, y estaba limpia.

No nos gustó que el papel higiénico se nos acabó. Mi hija estaba constipada y utilizó más de lo habitual pero tuvimos que ir a comprar clubes. La ubicación no es buena. Hay que subir mucha cuesta para acceder y no puedes pasar con coche. En la casa las escaleras son muy empinadas y muy altas. Difícil de acceder.
