this is a great apartment - well-appointed and in a great location in Onehunga. Everything you need is on your doorstep. I will definitely stay again

Lovely modern apartment, had everything we needed. Lots of space, excellent location.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable

We didn’t like (1) The key collection process, the lock box was down a dark alleyway and it was difficult to find. We arrived late at night and there was a drunken man close by so it was a little unnerving. (2) the security and identity process we had to go through after booking was quite involved but we appreciate this might have been necessary due to a negative experience in the past (3) a welcome pack with a few provisions for breakfast would have been welcome and enhanced our stay.

Apartment was bright and cheerful, loved the balcony where we enjoyed a wine in the evenings. Beds very comfortable, plenty of storage space for luggage.

There was a slight hiccup in our stay in that the garage remote was not where it was supposed to be. Maybe having the people who turn the apartment over double check this would do away with this issue. Managers did everything they could to help us remedy this problem and track down the remote.

Location was great and the apartment was exactly as described on the website. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable 8 night's stay. The apartment manager was very responsive and helpful.

The lockbox for the keys was difficult to operate to get the keys out (was raining heavily on the day) and then I had difficulty putting the key back in the lockbox (was raining again!) so had to disturb the property manager to arrange for alternate key drop off.

Central of Auckland, close to motorway and bus stop at your doorstep. Made travel easy. Apartment is surrounded by great eats and shops. And the room itself for clean, comfortable and as I was travelling with my mother most importantly she felt safe. I highly recommend.
