Beautiful 3 bed apt in the City Centre

The apartment was lovely and clean and the location was excellent so close to the shops

The hallway and courtyard leading to the apartment was quite shabby and gave a bad impression of your lovely apartment. Also the door going into apartment didn’t feel very secure or safe.

Contactability of the host, sent all the instructions with a description of how to get from the airport by various means of transport, asked if everything is ok and if we need anything extra in the apartment. The apartment is properly equipped. The kitchen is everything you need to cook something. Super restaurants literally a minute away. Grocery stores 2 minutes.

It was a good location and easy to get to various parts of the city and close to shops. The flat was spacious and well set out. It was good to have lighting on the stairs to get to the flat. The host was very helpful and communicated well. All the bedrooms were of a large size with plenty of space for luggage, clothes etc. I liked the bedside lights which could also be used for charging phones etc. There was a hairdryer provided. The bathroom was well appointed with shampoo, shower gel provided. The apartment was very comfortable and a good temperature.

Only having one set of keys and using the key lock box is a problem when there are 3 of you staying and going to different things. This meant if you were first back, you had to open the front door, go up to the flat and open it and then go back to put the keys in the box for the next person which was was not great late at night. I couldn't get the tv to work despite instructions from the host.
