The bed was absolutely comfortable, and so were the pillows.It was clean.I enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Snorkeling gear

2 🪳 in the kitchen, one in the drawer. One on the ground. A few more towels would have been great, as well as more cookware.

The property had water leaking through electrical wire, through the light fixtures. Please do not stay here, as the owner/manager lied to me and said it would be fixed, whereas the cleaning lady told me that it hasn’t been fixed in a while. Incredibly dangerous.

Nice little place in very good location. 50 yard walk to water front Alii Street full of good restaurants. Very popular place. Would have been nice to have a table to eat at. I always found a place to park but parking is difficult. It is what it is. There was a $270+ fee added to my charge that I was not made aware of at time of booking. Otherwise it was a pretty inexpensive place to stay in an expensive destination

The location faced the main road, beyond was the water, but not for swimming. Close to shops/cafes, however, any accommodation in the surrounding area & adjacent streets above would have been convenient. Other than location, there were no redeeming features to justify the exorbitant costs & lack of service & amenities for this accommodation. False advertising, disingenuous service, sub-par conditions.

The whole compound is non smoking. 1) On arrival at unit 120, the smell of tobacco was in the air which triggered asthma & breathing problems 2) Room was musty/damp 3) 1 toilet roll provided for 12 days; after a few days 2 rolls materialised after contacting owner, however it was necessary to purchase own supplies 4) Room not serviced/any requests charged 5) Accommodation infested with insects in the kitchen & on the tiled floors in the living/sleeping areas 6) No bathroom basin; kitchen sink used for brushing teeth (photos shown on website look like a bathroom, not a kitchen which was next to toilet/shower) 7) Front security screen door broken, didn't shut/lock 8) No lock on back security screen door; limited to when room could be aired 9) Back sliding glass door security bolt damaged & hazardous to lock using both hands 10) Hot tub communal for whole compound 11) No washing machine/dryer in room, only communal; or guests can send out linen/towels & be charged 12) Bed had memory foam mattress that was highly uncomfortable causing backpain/impacting sleep, especially for the individual competing in Ironman. Owner was contacted by email on a few occasions & offered promises of further investigation/apologies, but no follow up until the last day. We had no other option but to vacate premises 4 days earlier due to above & seek alternative accommodation. Visiting family were shocked at the conditions, compared to other accommodations in the area that priced comparatively. Clearly no inventory done on these premises regarding maintenance; room required a pest exterminator, insect life throughout was abundant. Guests expected to put up with such conditions. Ironman community usually block out min. of 10 days accommodation to secure a place while training & leading up to world event. A highly distressing, disappointing, never to be repeated experience.

Location- easy access to beach and main street of Kona. Cute little patio to eat/drink surrounded by nice greenery.

Hot tub wasn't working (apparently hasn't been working for a while) Annoying, but not the end of the world, still a lovely pool and great place to stay.

Perfect little spot to use as a home-base while exploring the island! The condo was exactly as expected, and it had everything we needed for our 5 day stay.

Everything was great! My only suggestion is to add some lighter curtains behind the blackout curtains so that you can let some light in while maintaining privacy.

Loved how central the location was to everything in Kona, the room had everything we needed, and was well worth the money for what we got! The staff were lovely, everything was very easy to do, and the options we had of things to do were brilliant

The only couple of things was the lack of parking - we'd often worry about whether we'd get a spot at the end of the day, and would rearrange our day so that we didn't risk parking on the street, but that happened a couple of times anyway over 5 days.
