Lovely and modern apartment.

Lovely chalet, great kitchen appliances for stay, comfy living room and beds. Bunk beds were a hit with the kids and lovely location on site and close to beach and amusements

Wasn’t cleaned properly on arrival, dirt around the beds and dirt on floor etc but used the cleaning stuff provided to sort it out. Not much storage for a family to unpack

The location

We paid extra to go in chalet earlier couldn't get in until after 2pm but paid to go in before the property was dirty on the outside also on the inside dust everywhere dirt on bedroom floor and living room floor cushions and curtain in living room dirty had marks on them we had to put in electricity wasn't told about this ? Food wrappers left in cupboard were just all very unhappy about our time we've stayed in chalet

Everything it was clean well fitted out you had everything you needed the beds were comfortable

Disappointing as the property looked clean from far but up close not so clean. Under the beds filthy bugs everywhere. The bathroom still had pubic hair on the floor by the toilet. Plates still had food marks on. Also the key had a terrible unswecure keyring on this did not keep the key secure. When we tried to contact the property you can not call they give you no number. After waiting around for ages to make contact they are not friendly what so ever. They sent a cleaner over to drop off the key to which she was so rude it was extremely unpleasent. She told us we should be more responsible with the key and its our duty to contact booking. Com to say our keyring is insecure. Then to make things even worse we left an apple I watch in the property we have made endless attempts to reach out and have been ignored. No reply what so ever. Shocking so our watch has been taken. Sadly I would never return and I would advise anybody else to steer clear. Not worth the amount gjays being charged.
