Precioso apartamento con a/a en Ruzafa con terracita privada y acceso a un jardín, para 2-3 personas

Monolocale carino con 2 finestre quindi luminoso, dentro c'è tutto ciò che serve per 2 persone, non di più , sono stata con mia figlia .Lenzuola e asciugamani belli e puliti. Cucinetta con tutto il necessario, forse il frigo un po' piccolino per tenere acqua e spesa, ma ci si adatta senza problemi. Condizionatore funzionante . Posizione ottima per girare a piedi e per le metro/bus. Il papà dell host, credo viva sotto ed è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

Le cassettiere dovrebbero essere rinfrescate perché avevano un po odore di chiuso , da rivedere i cuscini , uno decisamente da cambiare. Il wi fii non si collegava ad internet, ho mandato un msg all host ma non mi è stata data risposta , non è stato un grande problema con i dati del telefono, ma avrei apprezzato mi avesse detto qualcosa e non ho voluto disturbare il papà. Il cancelletto di ferro per entrare nel cortile molto duro da aprire e chiudere, bisogna proprio sbatterlo e provoca un gran rumore entrando e uscendo. Adatto a 2 persone non 3.

Era súper cómodo sobre todo la cama. Y su ubicación, muy cerca de todo .

The apartment was great, it was well setup for a couple to explore Valencia. Room enough to sleep and rest and close enough to the center and several touristic locations to walk to or take a bus. Nice terrace on the property to sit outside at the end of the day.

Antonio is the best host! without knowing each others language, we could understand each other perfectly, such a postive and great guy!

A Hidden Little Gem! This apartment was even nicer than expected—a true hidden gem. While the bathroom is minimalistic and quite small, and the space above the steps from the living area to the kitchen is a bit tight (even I had to watch my head and I’m not tall!), the owner really made the most out of the space. It’s cozy, cute, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days. The real bonus is the lovely terrace and garden, which add so much charm. The service was great, and the host was very attentive. Don’t let the immediate surroundings discourage you—the owner can’t control that, and once you’re inside, it doesn’t take away from the experience. Overall, I absolutely loved it and would definitely come back!

The bathroom is tiny, and adding a couple of hangers would definitely be helpful. The space above the stairs leading from the living area to the kitchen is quite limited—there is a protective layer, but taller guests might find it challenging. (Even I had to watch my head, and I’m not particularly tall)

The location was amazing, it’s near everything: metro, center, oceanographic. The Host was really friendly and polite and he provided us a lot of tips and places to see around the city.

Overall the flat was really good and clean, the only think to note is that the bathroom is small but for us was not a problem.
