hotel location in the good location, however hotel did not had wifi, that was terrible and room and furnitures were old.

We had an awesome place to stay amidst the very crazy and pricey period of CoP27. It was awesome to experience Egyptian hospitality when we had expected otherwise during that period. People complained about their places, we DID NOT. The buffet was excellent and beyond imagination - whether breakfast or dinner!

The lack of WiFI in the rooms and that the buffet dinner/breakfast were only 3 hours long...

The location and the surroundings are very nice. Nice market and lovely cafes. Pool areas are good. Good service from reception.

The room was not nice at all, very old and tired with no balcony. Mattress hard as a wooden board. Not clean enough and no hot water in the shower. There is a kitchenette, but no pots and pans or cutlery. Only four glasses. And the room was crazy expensive because of the environmental conference.
