SGThe location is centralized, near to places of interest. It makes us the guest has the time and easy access to this locations. The were lesser hassle when entering the premises, the Security requested what they required for registration. There were no extra questions asked, other residence will have tonnes of request by the Security officer mending the entrance.
There were no aircon at the living room. It was so hot in the day and night if we were to spent outside the room. We were given a standing fan which is not enough with the heat. Hope that the host will consider installing an aircon for guest comfortability. The parking was also outrageous, we have to make a full turn of the carpark to exit. The were also this beam/pillar at the parking lot, making it smaller for bigger car to enter. The driver & passenger also has to squeeze out of the car after it been parked at the designated lot.
