Very luxurious and comfortable space, will definitely stay again

Lift in the property wasn’t working and felt like we could have been told about it prior to checking in. Not the easiest to handle especially with kids

Lift not working - not ideal with little kids. Kitchen utensils, pits and pans etc were very basic for price paid

Paying deposit and not having returned £500 taken complained and been ignored

Modern, spacious, comfortable, super clean. Really helpful, courteous staff. Also great location for my needs.

Pigeons constantly on the exterior ledges at front

A dream location from the wedding venue, it was nice and quiet, extremely spacious all around and well equipped kitchen too. The pictures are exactly how the venue looks in real life, though there is as expected some wear and tear. They answered all my questions and were kind.

There was a lot of personal information requested that had no legal standing to be requested, even for health and safety, this level of information did seem invasive. Also, there is a ring camera outside the apartment that we weren't told about and nor had access to. It felt like we were being watched which was a little uncomfortable.
