VERY IMPORTANT #1 - Identity (ID) Verification: We require ID verification and you must send 2 pictures: 1) a picture of your government issued Photo ID, showing all edges, in focus, no glare, etc. and 2) a selfie of you holding your license next to your face. Both pictures must be sent within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival: whichever comes first! You may send it via email, WhatsApp, or through the platform itself. Failure to provide valid ID meeting all requirements will RESULT in VOIDING your booking. VERY IMPORTANT #2: We send house rules immediately after confirming a reservation. You must read them, agree to them, and adhere to the rules at all times! If you disagree with the rules, we allow a 24-hour post booking cancelation free of charge given the reservation was at least 48 hours prior to check-in! VERY IMPORTANT #3: We adhere to the cancelation policy without exceptions. Obtaining travel insurance is often recommended.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
