"Персоналу следует тщательнее подготавливать номер и проверять сантехнику."

Место расположения

Номер не был подготовлен к приёму. Санузел не работал, был засорен унитаз. Сантехник прибыл только через 5 часов, в 23.00. Персонал не смог согласовать оплату мастера, и он отказывался уходить и требовал с нас оплату. Покинул комнату в 24.00 , а у нас был автобус на 5.00. Не выспались.
