部屋割りやチェックインの遅れなどの連絡で、すぐに対応していただき、安心しました。 屋上から富士山と初日の出が見られて最高でした。

リビングのエアコンがなかなか効かず寒かった。 プロジェクターがあって楽しめたが個人的にはテレビも見られるとよかった。

Never experienced this level of professional and helpful staff before, they usually responded instantly in whatsapp and were very accommodating. Very nice views of mt. Fuji from the apartment and rooftop. We enjoyed playing the suika game on the big screen. :p

The apartment was not very clean and the couch is in need of an upgrade/replacement.

You can enjoy an exceptionally clear view of Mount Fuji from the house — it’s truly breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. For the comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience, it’s definitely worth every cent and even exceeded our expectations.

A friendly welcome from the property manager, who allowed us access to the villa before check in time, to drop off our bags. This villa is amazing. T.v. chairs look out directly onto mt Fuji. The bedroom windows do the same. A wonderful roof space gave us exceptional views of Fuji (so close). Everything in this Villa is high spec. Beatuiful glassware and china cups & saucers / petit-tasse. An extraordinary bath. Very comfy beds - wonderful duvets. We felt priviledged to stay here (good value too as we got a late deal)

少し清掃ができていない箇所があった ゴミが落ちていた

家は新しくて、きれいで、家具は質感があり、お湯の温度がいいです。富士山とコンビニが近くて、焼肉が便利で、かがり火の体験感がいいです。

とても高くて、人数を増やした後、一人当たりいくら必要なのか、予定前には分かりませんでした。 現場では26400円を取られましたが、安くはありません。 週末なので、価格はいつもの3倍です。

設備や日用品が揃っていて、清潔感がありました。また機会があれば、利用したいです。

洗面所にペーパータオルが欲しかった。
