The location of the property was perfect for our needs. We needed somewhere central to the Spanish Embassy and shopping centres. We travelled with our grandparents and the property was very accessible with wheelchair. The amenities and layout of our apartment were superb. It was comfortable and clean. The water pressure was perfect and there was hot and cold water. We also utilized the washer/dryer as we had a longer stay. Our host, Byron, was really attentive to us and our needs and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled.

There is a few obvious maintenance flaws of the property. For example, the mattresses and pillows were a bit uncomfortable from constant usage. We would have liked more fans or higher powered fans since the apartment has no ac it was noticeably very hot during the day. We had to keep windows open through the day and night to cool off the place.

Great location, super clean, faultless!

The pool faces east, so sadly missed the afternoon sun by the pool, but the balcony males up for that.
